Rampage Jakson & UFC Soap Opera

I hate to say it but Kevin Iole an MMA writer for yahoo sports is right. It is time for the infamous Rampage Jackson and the UFC to part ways. I seriously can’t believe after the performance Jackson gave at UFC 144 against Ryan Bader that he is still complaining about being overlooked. It was an absolutely dissapointing performance not to mention that he didn’t even make weight. Not making the weight shows his attitude and mentality more then anything he can say. My dad always told me to watch what people do, not what they say!

I know he is thinking that all he gave to building MMA, Pride, and the UFC should be worth something but honestly the UFC is only thinking of the here and now… “What have you done for me lately!”

Rampage is one of the reasons I got into Pride because he was mysterious, tough, and exciting to watch. When he came over to the UFC from Pride there was no one more excited to see him take the UFC by storm then myself, and he did! However, he has lost the drive in the last few years. I am certainly not saying his career is finished because I think physically he can still make to to the top of the 205 class (if he can make weight). It will just be up to his hunger and maybe when he goes to Hollywood and only gets B or C level movies he will realize who buttered his bread.
